1. Digital Product Returns & Cancellations

  • All sales are final once the product is delivered, downloaded, or accessed.
  • Due to the nature of digital products, downloads cannot be returned or cancelled after access has been provided.

2. EU Right of Withdrawal for Digital Products

For customers located in the European Union (EU), you acknowledge and agree that CCIEHOMER provides immediate access to digital content after purchase.

By completing your order, you consent to immediate delivery of the digital product and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal/cancellation ends once the digital content has been delivered, downloaded, or accessed.

After successful delivery or access to the purchased digital materials, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be granted if:

  • Product Not Delivered: If you did not receive your product within 24 hours of purchase and it was not accessed.
  • Payment Failure: If payment failed but funds were deducted, refunds are usually processed by your bank within 3–5 working days.

4. How to Request Refund or Cancellation Review

  • Requests must be sent to support@cciehomer.com with your order ID, payment reference, and reason for request.
  • We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.

5. Refund Exclusions

  • Payment gateway charges are non-refundable.
  • No refunds once the product has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered.

6. Guarantee Policy

  • Our products are study aids only.
  • We do not guarantee exam results or outcomes, and we do not make claims such as “100% pass”. Our materials are intended as study aids only.

7. Disclaimer

  • We are not responsible for exam outcomes, certification results, or any misuse of materials. All products are provided strictly for educational purposes.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without reference to any specific jurisdiction.
  • Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under consumer protection laws applicable in your place of residence.
