1. Digital Product Returns

  • All sales are final once the product is delivered or accessed.

  • Digital downloads cannot be returned or cancelled.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be granted if:

  • Product Not Delivered: If you did not receive your product within 24 hours of purchase and it was not accessed.

  • Payment Failure: If payment failed but funds were deducted, refunds are usually processed by your bank within 3–5 working days.

⚠️ Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@cciehomer.com within 24 hours of purchase, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

3. How to request refund

  • Refund requests must be sent to support@cciehomer.com with your order ID, payment reference, and reason for request. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.

4. Refund Exclusions

  • Payment gateway charges are non-refundable.

  • No refunds once the product has been accessed/downloaded.

5. Guarantee Policy

  • Our products are study aids only.

  • We do not guarantee exam results or outcomes, and we do not make claims such as ‘100% pass.’ Our materials are intended as study aids only.

  • Content is regularly updated, but syllabi may change without notice.

6. Support Period, Exam Update & Swap Policy

  • Support starts the day after purchase.

  • During your valid support period, you will receive free updates (if any) and relevant exam-related news.

  • If you fail an exam due to unexpected changes in the official exam content during this period, you will be eligible to receive the latest stable version of the updated material at no additional cost for your next attempt.

We make every effort to keep all exam questions and answers current and accurate. However, exam updates may occasionally take additional time depending on vendor release schedules.

  • If your support period expires before an update is available, you will need to purchase the updated exam version.

  • You may swap your purchased exam for another of equal value anytime before your support period expires.

  • Important: If you choose to swap an exam, the remaining support period from the original exam will become void, and the new exam will not include any support period.

This ensures fairness and flexibility while maintaining clear terms for all customers.

7. Disclaimer

  • We are not responsible for exam outcomes, certification results, or any misuse of materials. All products are provided strictly for educational purposes.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without reference to any specific jurisdiction.

  • Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under consumer protection laws applicable in your place of residence.
