Reporting Copyright Infringement

  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include the following:

  1. Your name, address, phone number, and email address.

  2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it previously appeared.

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.

  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your judicial district (or in India, if you are outside the United States), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original takedown notice.

  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, CCIEHOMER will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate users who are repeat infringers of the intellectual property rights of others.
